As the General Manager, I handle: Standard Operating Procedures, Database Analysis, Inventory Management, Inventory Purchasing, Cash Flow Management, Compliance, METRC, Merchant Processing Services, Security, Taxes, Insurance and Marketing. I have in-depth knowledge of all cannabis products: flower, pre-rolls, vapes, concentrates, edibles, topicals & tinctures from a medical and recreational perspective. Lastly, because markets are highly regional, I specialize in the Southern California market.
